The Club Directors meet quarterly to discuss and agree on large items such as annual budgets, membership fees, safety and welfare and the overall direction of the club.
Although the directors are ultimately responsible for everything that goes on at the club, much of the day to day responsibility for this is delegated to either the Management or Rowing Committee.
