Anna Newton who has been rowing only a short while did incredibly well last week at GB juniors spring Assessment. The top twenty junior girls across the country were invited and
she was one of the them! Incredible news on its own.
Anna came 7th on the dreaded 2K test with a score of 7.17.9. To top that, on Wednesday, every boat she was sat in won their race.
She accomplished three out of five wins on the Thursday and then timed pieces in quads and singles on the Friday.
Anna will go onto the final part of the Spring Assessment which is the Small Boats Head also held at Nottingham.
Well done Anna for a marvellous achievement and we are supporting you all the way.
